Inorganic chemicals are now used in a wide range of industrial fields in a variety of ways to produce life's necessities of food, clothing, and shelter. For clothing, inorganic chemicals are used as dyes for natural fibers or submaterials in chemical fibers; for food, they are used to purify drinking water or in flavorings; and for shelter, they are used in glass and other materials. We deliver basic chemicals, such as our mainstay electrolysis products that suit our customers’ needs, using optimal distribution methods.

We offer a diverse line up of mainstay organic chemicals and petrochemical products, ranging from detergent solutions or solvents to fine chemical products used for engineering plastics or electronic materials applications, which we deliver to all markets, including the chemicals and plastics industries. Our proposals take into consideration user needs and environmental factors, for example when delivering solutions for industries supplying household products.

Soda Nikka sells all the chemicals used by the paper pulp industry. We handle chemicals for wood chip digestion and bleaching during pulp manufacture (e.g., caustic soda, sodium chlorate); papermaking chemicals (e.g., sulfuric acid); and coating chemicals (e.g., starch, latex). We deliver quality products through our partnerships with the best manufacturers in Japan and overseas, and provide stable supplies through our sales and distribution network that runs from Hokkaido to Kyushu.

For clean air, clean water, and clean soil, our portfolio includes a wide range of environmental chemicals, such as products used in the treatment of water and sewage, wastewater, waste gas, and contaminated soil. We leverage our extensive expertise, for example to make effective use of business waste and byproducts.

We strive to provide stable supplies in line with customer needs, including industrial energy sales (e.g., heavy oil for corporate customers) and fuel oil sales (e.g., gasoline and kerosene to service stations).
